Newborn is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to join its team in Kolbuszowa. If you have extensive experience in managing the purchasing process, excellent negotiation skills and organizational abilities, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire purchasing process from supplier identification to deal finalization.
- Develop purchasing strategies, taking into account cost optimization and quality of products/services offered.
- Analyzing the supplier market and keeping track of trends and new developments in the market.
- Negotiating the terms and conditions of purchasing agreements in order to obtain the best possible terms for the company.
- Supervise a team of purchasing personnel and cooperate with other departments of the company.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in a similar position, preferred plastics industry.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze the market and forecast trends.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes and logistics.
- Ability to manage a team and excellent organizational skills.
- English and/or German language at a communicative level.
