Based in Kolbuszowa, Newborn Plastic s.c., a company providing services in the growing plastics industry, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team to new successes. Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing the sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategy in line with company objectives.
- Monitor the market, analyze the competition and adapt the strategy to changing trends.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with key customers.
- Reporting results and preparing regular analysis for management.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Manager welcomed in the plastics industry.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and motivate to achieve goals.
- Analytical and strategic skills in planning sales activities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- English and/or German language skills.
- University degree is welcome.
